Projects 

Marton Meadows Golf Club

The Project is to construct an additional 3 holes for the golf course by the means of extending it into an adjacent field to the south of the club. The scheme includes new fairways, greens, and tees. The scheme will include associated landscaping, planting habitat creation and a new drainage system to combat the water logging issues that the area currently encounters.

Crompton and Royton Golf Club
 

The project is intended to add an additional feature hole to the golf club by the means of extending the course into an adjacent field to the north of the club. The scheme includes a new fairway, green, water hazard, and new tee.

There is also a new planting and improvements to an existing wetland area proposed. The proposed hole is to be a par 4 risk or reward design with bunkers and a water body all built to USGA standards. The project also includes constructing a new improved driving range some remodelling works on the course. The scheme will include associated landscaping and a new drainage system. There will be an opportunity for a habitat creation as part of the scheme, in particular wetland areas and woodland planting.

Wearside Golf Club

The Project is intended to construct and deliver a state-of-the-art golf training academy featuring a new driving range with covered bays and teaching facilities, practice holes and a plant/turf nursery for the club's course management team. The scheme will include associated landscaping and a new drainage system which will play an important role in keeping the newly constructed facility free from any future potential flooding. There will be new habitat creation as part of the scheme.
